A world where human and AI teams continuously engineer, execute, and improve every organizational capability.

Build the Agent Operating System through which human and AI teams turn organizational work into Capabilities they can operate, improve, and own.

Agents make custom software abundant.

Work that once required a dedicated engineering project can now be built quickly and specifically.

But abundance does not eliminate the need for rigor. You cannot vibe-code organizational software into production.

That is the heart of The Agent Engineering Divide—the gap between the people who understand the work and the people who can turn it into reliable Agent software.

JoyStream closes that divide.

They understand the work

Operations, finance, marketing, support, and the teams closest to the outcome.

The Agent Engineering Divide

They can engineer it reliably

A smaller group with the expertise to turn that work into trustworthy Agent software.

How we build matters as much as what we build.

Built across enterprise, open source, DevOps SaaS, and AI.

We first built together in enterprise software, open source, DevOps and SaaS. Our paths later diverged across product, platform, infrastructure, and AI—before coming back together at JoyStream.

    Launchable

    2019–2025

    AI-native before the AI wave

Harpreet co-founded Launchable in 2019, an AI-native company that used proprietary machine-learning models to help engineering teams ship software faster without sacrificing trust.

Launchable was later acquired by CloudBees.

  7. JoyStream

    The paths converge

JoyStream brings these experiences together: enterprise rigor, open-source collaboration, SaaS and PLG, platform engineering, infrastructure at scale, and applied machine learning.

We are building the operating system for Organizational Agents.

We’ve spent our careers building the pieces.

JoyStream is where they come together.
